The community is dedicated to creating an environment that supports not only the residents but also the staff members, emphasizing a culture of diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging. This commitment aligns with Erickson Senior Living's broader mission to improve lives and foster a supportive and engaging workplace.
As part of this dynamic community, we are seeking an Assistant General Manager of Dining Services who will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our residents and guests. This position involves leading a talented team of dining professionals while overseeing the seamless operations of the dining rooms, café, and catering areas. The Assistant General Manager of Dining Services will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation, managing staff schedules, training, hiring, and coaching employees to excel in their roles. This is a leadership role that offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a growing community, supported by a $3,000 sign-on bonus.
The role requires a hands-on approach to operations, ensuring that all dining areas are maintained in excellent condition, compliant with safety regulations, and operating efficiently. The person in this position will ensure that food portions and presentation meet established standards, thereby enhancing the overall dining experience for residents. The Assistant General Manager will also actively participate in programs aimed at improving employee and resident satisfaction, contributing to the positive and welcoming environment that Highland Springs is known for.
This full-time position offers competitive compensation commensurate with experience, ranging from $55,000 to $65,000 annually, plus eligibility for up to an 8% annual bonus. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, wellness reimbursements, personal health coaching, telemedicine options, paid time off, and a 30% discount at on-site dining venues. Additional perks include access to an extensive online learning library for professional development, education assistance, and certification reimbursement. This role is ideal for a candidate eager to grow their career within a respected senior living organization, with opportunities to advance as the community expands.
At Highland Springs, work-life balance is a priority, and the team thrives in an environment that values personal and professional growth. Erickson Senior Living and its affiliated communities are committed to equal opportunity employment, ensuring a workplace free from discrimination and harassment. Join us to contribute to a community that values excellence, teamwork, and the well-being of both residents and staff.
