Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
  • Some college preferred
  • Minimum of three years of high volume full-service restaurant management experience
  • Exceptional leadership and motivational skills
  • Ability to attract, train, develop, and retain top-quality team members
  • Strong guest service focus
  • Ability to define, measure, and achieve financial goals
  • Ability to bend, lift, reach, and turn
  • Ability to transport items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand up to 8 hours or longer
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  • Ability to talk, hear, and use hands repetitively
  • Ability to reach, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb
  • Ability to climb ladders and step stools
  • Dexterity for handling food and dishes

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to define, measure, and achieve financial goals including sales growth, guest count increases, staffing levels, service measurements, and cost management

Job Duties

  • Ensures flawless execution of every detail by every team member during shifts
  • Provides direction, coaching, training, and development for team members including food quality, service standards, safety and sanitation, and company policies
  • Ensures adherence to food, beverage, and service standards, policies, and procedures
  • Partners with the General Manager to ensure financial performance of the restaurant
  • Oversees consistent execution of systems, standards, inventory, and cost controls
  • Collaborates with the General Manager to create and implement plans to improve financial performance
  • Plans, executes, and follows up on new company initiatives alongside the General Manager
  • Utilizes the catering team to inspire community involvement and build sales
  • Manages team member scheduling to support positive restaurant performance
  • Interviews and assists in final selection of team members, maintaining appropriate staffing levels
  • Ensures daily administration is carried out according to policy and standards
  • Organizes and plans work proactively to meet changing business needs
  • Maintains effective communication with guests, team members, management, owners, and vendors
  • Responds promptly to guest feedback to ensure positive recovery
  • Ensures cleanliness and supply levels of interior and exterior facilities
  • Follows safety procedures when operating equipment
  • Provides a safe, professional, and harassment-free work environment
  • Handles multiple priorities and exercises good judgment under stress
