This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $48,000 to $52,000 annually, alongside an annual bonus eligibility of up to $4,000, which is paid out monthly. As an Assistant General Manager, you will play an essential role in supporting the General Manager by leading, coaching, and working alongside the team during busy periods to maintain smooth and efficient restaurant operations. Your leadership will directly influence the restaurant’s atmosphere, employee engagement, and customer satisfaction. \n\nThe position involves overseeing daily operations, managing schedules, labor, and expenses, and ensuring food safety and quality standards are met consistently. Job Requirements
- minimum one year of management or leadership experience
- at least 18 years old
- valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- ability to work 48 hours per week on a variable schedule including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, twist, reach, lift up to 55 pounds
- ability to obtain and maintain required food safety certifications
- experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management preferred
