As a SONIC Drive-In Assistant General Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the General Manager by overseeing the daily operations of the Drive-In. This position demands a dynamic leader capable of managing teams effectively while ensuring quality food delivery, a clean environment, and a safe, enjoyable atmosphere for guests. You will act as the highest management authority within the Drive-In in the absence of the General Manager and be responsible for all aspects of operations. Your leadership should inspire and motivate the team to maintain SONIC's renowned standards while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Your responsibilities extend beyond managing operational tasks; you'll be instrumental in hiring, training, supervising, and developing team members who are enthusiastic about delivering excellent service. Emphasizing a leadership style that is fair, firm, and fun, you will lead by example, ensuring that every team member understands their contribution to the overall success of the Drive-In. A key part of your role will include handling profit and loss statements, employing strategic thinking to exceed financial goals consistently.
