Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
  • some college preferred
  • three to five years of high volume full-service restaurant management experience
  • passion to serve the guest and the team
  • possess a positive attitude
  • enjoy working in a fast paced environment
  • great communication skills
  • ability to handle multiple priorities and exercise good judgement
  • respect adherence to health, safety and sanitation procedures
  • ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
  • committed and accountable for all JNN standards, processes and procedures
