Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-service restaurant management
  • Experience working in a scratch kitchen preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of craft beverage offerings
  • Ability to lead and manage high-volume service shifts
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of full-service restaurant management experience
  • Knowledge of scratch kitchen operations preferred
  • Strong understanding of craft beverage programs
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume shifts
  • Hands-on leadership skills with strong floor presence
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and event-driven schedules

Job Duties

  • Support daily FOH and BOH operations
