Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years management experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Capability to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable walking stairs frequently
- Experience using POS and touch-screen devices
- Comfortable working in kitchen environments with exposure to heat, steam, and noise
- Flexibility to work varied schedules

Job Duties
- Manage cost of goods sold and maintain vendor relationships
- Report operational successes and improvement opportunities to General Manager
- Assist in monthly inventory execution
- Implement action items from profit and loss and operational expense review analysis
- Lead front-of-house service and coordinate staff
- Address and resolve customer complaints
- Ensure venue safety, facility standards, and equipment maintenance
- Develop and coach team members to improve performance and retention
- Identify and grow key hourly leaders
- Celebrate team successes
