Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years management experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Capability to stand for extended periods
  • Comfortable walking stairs frequently
  • Experience using POS and touch-screen devices
  • Comfortable working in kitchen environments with exposure to heat, steam, and noise
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules

Job Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and motivational skills
  • Prior management experience in hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment industry
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in maintaining positive guest relations
  • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly

Job Duties

  • Manage cost of goods sold and maintain vendor relationships
  • Report operational successes and improvement opportunities to General Manager
  • Assist in monthly inventory execution
  • Implement action items from profit and loss and operational expense review analysis
  • Lead front-of-house service and coordinate staff
  • Address and resolve customer complaints
  • Ensure venue safety, facility standards, and equipment maintenance
  • Develop and coach team members to improve performance and retention
  • Identify and grow key hourly leaders
  • Celebrate team successes
