Job Requirements

Must be able to execute light lifting up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand for extended periods
Comfortable walking up and down stairs frequently
Experience operating POS touch-screen devices
Comfortable in a kitchen environment with exposure to heat, steam, and noise
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior management experience in related industries preferred

Proven leadership and motivational skills
Professional appearance and positive role model
Previous management experience in hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment
Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and G-Suite
Strong communication skills
Effective problem-solving capabilities
Experience maintaining positive guest relations
Ability to multitask and adapt on the fly

Job Duties

Assist GM in running day-to-day operations
Oversee teammate development and quality assurance
Manage scheduling, ordering, and inventory
Coordinate event execution and production
Maintain facilities and ensure safety protocols
Lead front-of-house team and handle patron complaints
Support guest and team experience
