Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management experience in hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment industry preferred
  • Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and G-Suite
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Must be able to lift and transport items up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to stand for long periods
  • Ability to navigate stairs frequently during shifts
  • Comfortable working in kitchen environments with exposure to heat, steam, and noise
  • Experience operating POS touch-screen devices

Job Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and motivational skills with professional appearance
  • Experience in hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment management preferred
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and G-Suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Efficient problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Manage cost of goods sold and maintain vendor relationships within assigned operational areas
  • Report operational successes and opportunities to General Manager for continuous improvement
  • Assist in execution of monthly inventory process
  • Implement action items from profit and loss and operating expense analyses
  • Uphold company standards of behavior and operational guidelines
  • Lead front-of-house service and coordinate team activities
  • Address and resolve patron complaints to enhance guest experiences
  • Monitor patron feedback for new ideas and opportunities
  • Ensure operational and safety protocols are followed
  • Maintain facility and equipment standards
  • Develop and retain a high-performing team through learning and development initiatives
  • Identify and coach key hourly leaders
  • Track team performance and conduct coaching conversations
  • Celebrate team successes
