Job Requirements

  • Must be able to perform light lifting and transport items up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Capability to walk stairs frequently
  • Ability to maneuver discreetly in theater environments
  • Comfortable operating POS touchscreen devices
  • Willingness to work in kitchen environments with exposure to heat, noise, and various equipment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in management roles
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

  • Previous management experience in hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment industry preferred
  • Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and G-Suite

Job Duties

  • Manage all COGS within assigned area of responsibility including bar, guest attendants, concierge, events
  • Maintain vendor relationships
  • Report operational successes and improvement opportunities to General Manager
  • Assist with monthly inventory process execution
  • Execute action items derived from P&L and OER analysis by General Manager
  • Uphold company core values, code of conduct, and operational guidelines
  • Lead front-of-house service and coordinate team efforts
  • Address patron complaints and convert them into opportunities to impress
  • Monitor patron feedback for innovation and operational improvements
  • Ensure compliance with operational and safety protocols
  • Maintain venue facility and equipment standards
  • Develop and coach team members to improve retention and performance
  • Identify and cultivate key hourly leaders
  • Track performance issues and conduct coaching conversations
  • Celebrate team successes
