Job Description
Lucky Strike Entertainment, formerly known as Bowlero Corp, stands as one of the world’s premier location-based entertainment platforms. With an expansive footprint of over 360 locations across North America, Lucky Strike Entertainment creates memorable experiences for guests through its diverse offerings, which include bowling, amusements, water parks, and family entertainment centers. Beyond physical entertainment venues, the company also owns the Professional Bowlers Association (PBA), the major league of bowling, recognized globally with millions of fans. This affiliation enriches the brand’s credibility and presence in the entertainment and sports industries. The company prides itself on delivering not just a service, but a vibrant lifestyle filled with fun, games, social connection, and exceptional dining experiences.
The Restaurant/Entertainment Manager role at Lucky Strike Entertainment is a dynamic and engaging position perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments. This role blends the excitement of entertainment management with the operational rigor of restaurant oversight. The ideal candidate is always on their feet, juggling multiple responsibilities, including leading team members, ensuring flawless guest experiences, and resolving challenges promptly. Restaurant/Entertainment Managers support the General Manager by overseeing all core aspects of the center — from entertainment programming and food and beverage operations to property management and equipment maintenance.
As a vital part of the leadership team, these managers act as the backbone of the location, stepping up as acting General Manager when necessary, effectively running the entire center. This includes maintaining a laser focus on guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional service, facilitating team development, and fostering a welcoming, exciting environment that guests want to revisit again and again. The role is not only focused on daily operations but also on strategic growth through business development, marketing initiatives like promoting leagues and open play bowling, and enhancing food and beverage sales.
For those aspiring to climb the management ladder, the Restaurant/Entertainment Manager position offers a solid foundation and an excellent stepping stone toward becoming a General Manager. The environment encourages leadership development through hands-on experience with staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and motivation. These managers build an all-star team by using their interpersonal skills to recognize and nurture individual strengths, boosting team morale and productivity.
In terms of work environment, candidates should be prepared for physically active duties, such as standing, walking, bending, and occasionally lifting. Flexibility in scheduling is key, as shifts can vary to include weekends, holidays, and extended hours as business demands. Performance-based incentives, competitive salaries, and a comprehensive benefits package underscore the company’s commitment to its team. Benefits typically include healthcare coverage, paid time off, and other perks aimed at improving quality of life and job satisfaction. Lucky Strike Entertainment is dedicated to cultivating a welcoming culture that values teamwork, guest experience, and innovation in entertainment management.
