Job Description

Lucky Strike Entertainment, formerly known as Bowlero Corp, is a leading location-based entertainment platform with over 360 locations throughout North America. The company specializes in providing exceptional entertainment experiences, including bowling, arcade games, water parks, and family entertainment centers. Lucky Strike Entertainment not only focuses on delivering fun and excitement but also owns the Professional Bowlers Association, the major league of bowling, which has millions of fans worldwide. Known for its vibrant atmosphere combining sporting excitement with delicious food and lively parties, the company offers a unique blend of entertainment and hospitality for guests of all ages. With a commitment to excellence in service and entertainment, Lucky Strike Entertainment is recognized for creating memorable experiences through its centers that are dynamic and guest-focused.

The Restaurant & Entertainment Manager role at Lucky Strike Entertainment is crucial to ensuring that guests enjoy an unforgettable experience every time they visit. This position requires an energetic and hands-on leader who is passionate about creating a vibrant environment filled with exciting entertainment such as bowling and arcade games, alongside delicious food and amazing parties. Serving as a key partner to the General Manager, the Restaurant & Entertainment Manager oversees various aspects of center operations, including entertainment activities, food and beverage services, property management, and team leadership. These managers are often the first point of contact on the floor, coordinating multiple team members and solving problems in real-time to maintain smooth operations.

This role is dynamic and requires a person who thrives in an active environment, has strong problem-solving skills, and is dedicated to guest satisfaction. The position offers a salary range of $25 to $28 per hour, along with performance-based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package that includes healthcare coverage. Restaurant & Entertainment Managers are also responsible for developing the team’s hourly staff, recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling employees while motivating them to provide exceptional customer service. They play a vital role in driving food and beverage sales by managing and expanding the center's dining offerings and ensuring consistent execution of company standards and initiatives.

Moreover, this role provides a clear career path for individuals aspiring to become General Managers, as it allows gaining hands-on experience by managing operations and stepping into the General Manager's shoes when needed. The work environment is fast-paced and typical of entertainment venues where the manager will be on their feet, walking, bending, and occasionally lifting objects. Flexibility is essential, as shifts may include nights, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays. Joining Lucky Strike Entertainment means becoming part of a dedicated team that values exceptional guest service, team development, and operational excellence.
