The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager plays a pivotal and active role within each center, embodying the spirit of these dynamic entertainment hubs. Tasked with assisting the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of the center's operations, this role involves managing the floor, entertainment activities, food and beverage services, and maintaining the property and its equipment. This position requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is skilled in problem-solving, and excels at coordinating a diverse team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager acts as the General Manager’s right hand and steps up to lead the center during their absence, ensuring smooth operations and continuous guest satisfaction.

This full-time position offers an hourly wage between $26 and $30, coupled with performance-based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package that includes healthcare coverage among other perks. The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager is critical in driving sales and engagement through effective marketing strategies, growing league business, and expanding the Food & Beverage program. They lead recruitment, training, and scheduling of staff, focusing on team development to foster a productive and motivated work environment. The role demands flexibility with working hours including weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations, alongside strong leadership qualities and the ability to develop team members effectively. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, and solid knowledge of POS systems is essential. This position is an excellent stepping stone for those aiming to advance to General Manager roles within the company, offering the opportunity to build valuable skills in hospitality and entertainment management while contributing to a thriving, guest-focused culture.

Job Duties

  • Be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints
  • continually hone our operational execution
  • schedule staffing levels to meet your center’s needs and maximize the guest experience
  • capitalize on all business opportunities in your market area by executing our marketing strategies to drive sales
  • develop and maintain a good relationship with league bowlers and officers to help grow our league business
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff
  • lead the team and influence them through effective motivation
  • oversee the management and expansion of your center’s Food & Beverage program
  • provide ongoing training and supervision to ensure consistent execution of corporate initiatives and standards
  • work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed
