Job Requirements
- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
- bachelor’s degree
- ability to supervise center operations staff
- knowledge of POS register systems
- ability to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- physical ability to walk, bend, stand for periods, and lift objects with assistance

Job Duties
- Be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints
- continually hone our operational execution
- schedule staffing levels to meet your center’s needs and maximize the guest experience
- capitalize on all business opportunities in your market area by executing our marketing strategies to drive sales
- develop and maintain a good relationship with league bowlers and officers to help grow our league business
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff
- lead the team and influence them through effective motivation
- oversee the management and expansion of your center’s Food & Beverage program
- provide ongoing training and supervision to ensure consistent execution of corporate initiatives and standards
- work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed
