The role of the Restaurant / Entertainment Manager at Lucky Strike Entertainment is a dynamic and rewarding position that blends guest service excellence with operational leadership. This position supports the General Manager by overseeing all aspects of the center’s management, from entertainment and food and beverage operations to property maintenance and team development. Restaurant / Entertainment Managers play a central role in enhancing guest satisfaction by ensuring outstanding service, managing staff, and executing marketing initiatives tailored to increase business opportunities such as leagues and open play bowling.

This hands-on role demands strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced entertainment environment. Candidates will be expected to lead and motivate a diverse hourly team, fostering a positive and productive work culture aligned with corporate standards. Flexibility is key, as the role requires working varied shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and occasionally extended days to meet the center’s operational needs. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in food service management
  • ability to supervise center operations staff
  • strong communication skills
  • flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to walk, bend, stand for long periods, and lift with assistance

Job Qualifications
