Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of two years management experience in food service or hospitality
  • Ability to supervise and motivate staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
  • Strong guest service focus
  • Knowledge of POS systems

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Two or more years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • Strong team player

  • Knowledge of POS register systems
  • Ability to supervise center operations staff

Job Duties

  • Be a champion for guests by delivering exceptional service and resolving complaints
  • Continually improve operational execution and schedule staffing to maximize guest experience
  • Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
  • Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers, adhere to league formats, and manage league administrative duties
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • Lead, motivate, and delegate to maximize team productivity and guest satisfaction
  • Oversee and expand food and beverage programs ensuring high quality and consistent standards
  • Maintain flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours
