Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of two years management experience in food service or hospitality
- Ability to supervise and motivate staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
- Strong guest service focus
- Knowledge of POS systems

- Two or more years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations

- Ability to supervise center operations staff
Job Duties
- Be a champion for guests by delivering exceptional service and resolving complaints
- Continually improve operational execution and schedule staffing to maximize guest experience
- Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers, adhere to league formats, and manage league administrative duties
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- Lead, motivate, and delegate to maximize team productivity and guest satisfaction
- Oversee and expand food and beverage programs ensuring high quality and consistent standards
- Maintain flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours
