The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager role at Lucky Strike Entertainment is an energetic, hands-on leadership position centered on delivering exceptional service and leisure experiences to guests. These managers assist the General Manager with the overall management of the entertainment center, stepping in to lead all operational aspects when the General Manager is absent. This role requires balancing multiple responsibilities such as overseeing entertainment activities, managing food and beverage services, maintaining the property and equipment, and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Restaurant / Entertainment Managers are responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and motivating hourly staff while driving sales through marketing initiatives such as leagues and open play bowling. They are expected to maintain strong relationships with league bowlers and manage league operations in line with corporate standards. This role also involves maintaining high-quality food and beverage programs, ensuring consistent execution of standards, and elevating guest satisfaction.

With a pay range of $58,000 to $62,000 annually, the position offers a competitive compensation package that includes performance-based incentives and a comprehensive suite of benefits such as healthcare coverage. The work environment demands flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed. Good communication skills, guest service orientation, problem-solving abilities, and team development are key success factors. This role provides an excellent stepping stone for anyone aspiring to advance to a General Manager position within the company, offering invaluable management experience in a thriving entertainment and hospitality setting.
