The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager at Lucky Strike Entertainment plays a crucial role in bringing this vision to life daily. This position is vital in ensuring guests have an outstanding experience throughout their visit, whether enjoying bowling leagues, open play, or special events. As an active and dynamic managerial role, the Restaurant / Entertainment Manager is constantly on their feet overseeing team activities, solving problems in real-time, and coordinating multiple staff members to achieve seamless operations. They work closely with the General Manager to help manage all aspects of the center, including entertainment, food and beverage services, and the overall maintenance of the center and its equipment.
In the absence of the General Manager, the Restaurant / Entertainment Manager assumes full responsibility for all center and floor management duties. This includes a strong leadership presence on the floor, supervising hourly teams, ensuring guest satisfaction, and driving sales initiatives. The role demands a high level of commitment to guest service and operational excellence, as well as a passion for developing team members and fostering a positive work environment. The position offers a competitive hourly wage between $25 to $28 and is designed as a stepping stone for those interested in advancing to a General Manager role at one of Lucky Strike Entertainment’s centers.
This position requires flexibility with working hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional extended workdays to meet the unique demands of the entertainment industry. The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager is expected to not only maintain but continually improve operational execution, oversee the recruitment, hiring, training, and scheduling of staff, and build strong relationships with local league bowlers to support and grow the league business. Moreover, the manager is responsible for driving food and beverage sales while upholding the highest quality standards to maximize the guest experience.

- Be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting feedback, and resolving complaints
- continually hone operational execution and schedule staffing levels to maximize guest experience
- capitalize on business opportunities by executing marketing strategies to drive sales such as leagues and open play bowling
- develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers, adhere to league formats, distribute announcements, and manage league administration
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- lead and motivate the team, delegate tasks effectively to ensure guest satisfaction and center productivity
- oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program, ensuring high quality standards and staff training
- work varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed
