  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations

Job Duties

  • Be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting feedback, and resolving complaints
  • continually hone operational execution and schedule staffing levels to maximize guest experience
  • capitalize on business opportunities by executing marketing strategies to drive sales such as leagues and open play bowling
  • develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers, adhere to league formats, distribute announcements, and manage league administration
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • lead and motivate the team, delegate tasks effectively to ensure guest satisfaction and center productivity
  • oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program, ensuring high quality standards and staff training
  • work varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed
