Job Duties
- deliver exceptional service and actively address guest complaints
- schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
- execute marketing strategies to drive sales such as leagues and open play bowling
- develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
- recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- lead the team with effective motivation and delegation to ensure guest satisfaction and productivity
- oversee and expand Food & Beverage programs ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
- work varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended days as needed
