minimum 2 years management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
bachelor's degree
ability to supervise center operations staff

knowledge of POS register systems

Job Duties

deliver exceptional guest service consistently
resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively
schedule staff to optimize center operations and guest experience
execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
lead and motivate team members to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program ensuring quality and corporate standard adherence
maintain flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended days as needed
