Job Requirements

  • minimum 2 years management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations

Job Duties

  • deliver exceptional guest service consistently
  • resolve guest complaints promptly and effectively
  • schedule staff to optimize center operations and guest experience
  • execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
  • develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • lead and motivate team members to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction
  • oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program ensuring quality and corporate standard adherence
  • maintain flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended days as needed
