The role of Restaurant / Entertainment Manager at Lucky Strike Entertainment is an exciting and dynamic opportunity designed for professionals who thrive in active, guest-focused environments. This position is ideal for someone seeking a career path toward a General Manager role, with the Restaurant / Entertainment Manager supporting all operational aspects of a center. They act as the acting manager during the General Manager's absence, ensuring smooth center operations and providing top-tier guest satisfaction. The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager role requires excellent teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking skills as it involves coordinating multiple team members and addressing real-time challenges.

Key responsibilities include championing guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and resolving complaints promptly, improving operational execution through staff scheduling and performance management, and driving sales by leveraging marketing strategies and fostering league partnerships. The manager will develop strong relationships with league bowlers, execute marketing campaigns including leagues and open play bowling, and lead recruitment, hiring, and training efforts for hourly staff members. They will motivate and influence their team effectively, use individual strengths to maximize productivity, and continuously cultivate a positive work environment. Further, overseeing the Food & Beverage program is a critical element, ensuring product quality, training staff in service standards, and fostering a thriving sales culture.

Working hours for this position are flexible, requiring shifts on weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed. The role demands a hands-on approach and the ability to remain adaptable in a fast-paced entertainment setting. Candidates should be energetic, team-oriented, and dedicated to professional growth within the company. The pay rate for this role ranges from $55,000 to $65,000 annually with performance-based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package that includes healthcare coverage.

Lucky Strike Entertainment’s culture prioritizes employee development, guest engagement, and creating memorable experiences through innovative entertainment solutions.
