Job Description

Lucky Strike Entertainment, formerly known as Bowlero Corp, stands as one of the world’s premier location-based entertainment platforms. With a network of over 360 venues across North America, Lucky Strike Entertainment offers a diverse range of experiential activities including bowling, amusements, water parks, and family entertainment centers. The company also holds ownership of the Professional Bowlers Association, which serves as the major league of bowling and commands a large global fan base. Dedicated to creating unforgettable guest experiences, Lucky Strike Entertainment fosters vibrant environments that combine exciting entertainment with excellent food and beverage offerings. The organization is well recognized for leveraging its position as an industry leader to promote growth and innovation in the entertainment sector.

The Restaurant/Entertainment Manager role at Lucky Strike Entertainment is a dynamic, hands-on position that plays a crucial part in the day-to-day operations of the center. This role involves active coordination of multiple team members and real-time problem-solving to ensure smooth operations across food and beverage, entertainment, and property management. Managers in this position are essential in driving guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service and leading the hourly staff to achieve peak performance. The role requires being on feet often, maintaining high energy, and multitasking within a lively environment that includes bowling and arcade games. In the General Manager’s absence, the Restaurant/Entertainment Manager takes full responsibility for managing all aspects of the center, effectively 'holding down the fort.' This includes overseeing entertainment operations, food and beverage programs, property maintenance, and equipment management.

This role also emphasizes team development, requiring the manager to recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly staff. Developing a cohesive team that works efficiently while maximizing guest satisfaction is key. The position offers opportunities to grow within the company, as it is seen as a preparatory step toward a General Manager role. The pay range for this position is $55,000 to $60,000 per year, accompanied by performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package that includes healthcare coverage among other benefits. The position demands flexibility in scheduling, with work shifts that often include nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed. Candidates who thrive in fast-paced, guest-focused environments and possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills will find this role rewarding and full of potential advancement opportunities.
