Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Over 2 years management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • Ability to supervise center operations staff
  • Strong team player
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to work extended shifts as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Over 2 years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • Strong team player
  • Exceptional people development skills
  • Proficient in customer service
  • Knowledge of POS register systems
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest complaints promptly
  • Schedule staffing levels to optimize center operations and guest experience
  • Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play
  • Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • Lead and motivate team members to ensure productivity and guest satisfaction
  • Oversee Food & Beverage program management and expansion with ongoing training and supervision
