The role of Restaurant / Entertainment Manager at Lucky Strike Entertainment is a vibrant and challenging position ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments. Restaurant / Entertainment Managers assist the General Manager in all operational aspects of the center, and in the General Manager’s absence, take full responsibility for the center’s daily management, including entertainment, food and beverage, property, and equipment oversight.
This position requires someone who excels in multitasking, team leadership, and problem-solving on the spot. The manager is a guest service champion, delivering outstanding customer experiences and actively responding to guest feedback and complaints. They continually refine operational processes, schedule staffing to meet business needs, and implement marketing strategies to boost sales through leagues, open play, and other market opportunities. Building and maintaining positive relationships with league bowlers and officers is an important part of the role, alongside handling league administration.
A key focus is recruiting, training, and developing a talented hourly team, ensuring consistent execution of corporate standards and fostering a vibrant sales culture in the center’s food and beverage operations. Flexible scheduling is crucial, as the role requires working various shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours when necessary.

Job Requirements

- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen bar restaurant and food service operations
- ability to supervise center operations staff
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- be a champion for our guests consistently delivering exceptional service soliciting valuable feedback and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints
- continually hone our operational execution schedule staffing levels to meet your center’s needs and maximize the guest experience
- capitalize on all business opportunities in your market area by executing our marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- develop and maintain a good relationship with league bowlers and officers to help grow our league business adhere to league formats distribute league announcements and perform other administrative duties associated with our leagues
- recruit hire train and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff
- lead the team and influence them through effective motivation leverage the individual strengths of your team members to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize center productivity delegate tasks effectively
- oversee the management and expansion of your center’s Food & Beverage program ensuring the highest quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction provide ongoing training and supervision to ensure consistent execution of corporate initiatives and standards
- work varying shifts including weekends holidays and extended workdays as needed by the center
