The company also owns and manages the Professional Bowlers Association, the premier league of bowling, which is a growing media property with a global fan base. As a part of this dynamic and fast-growing organization, employees contribute to creating memorable guest experiences in vibrant, fun-filled settings.
The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager position at Lucky Strike Entertainment is an exciting, hands-on management role designed for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional guest service and leading a talented team. This role involves managing the day-to-day operations of entertainment centers including food and beverage services, property oversight, and guest engagement. Restaurant / Entertainment Managers work closely with the General Manager, assisting in all facets of center management and stepping up to lead in the General Manager’s absence. The role requires active involvement in coordinating teams, problem-solving in real time, and enhancing overall operational execution to maximize guest satisfaction and business performance.
This position offers a competitive pay rate ranging from $24 to $28 per hour, complemented by performance-based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare coverage among other advantages. This management role is ideal for individuals seeking to develop their leadership skills and advance toward a General Manager position within the company. It demands flexibility, as the work schedule includes varying shifts such as nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as necessary. The ideal candidate is a dedicated team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a drive to mentor and develop hourly staff members.
In this role, you will champion guest satisfaction, ensuring that every visitor receives a superior experience and that any issues or concerns are promptly resolved. You will continuously improve operational processes, manage staffing needs effectively, and seize marketing opportunities to grow revenue through leagues, open play, and special events. Building strong relationships with league bowlers and officers is essential to boost league participation and maintain center loyalty. Additionally, you will oversee the recruitment, training, and scheduling of center staff, leveraging individual strengths to optimize team performance and guest service.
As the Restaurant / Entertainment Manager, you will also drive the success of the Food & Beverage program, maintaining high-quality standards and delivering excellent dining experiences. You will foster a positive, motivating work environment focused on achieving sales targets and executing corporate standards. This role requires a flexible, hands-on leader capable of managing various aspects of center operations, ensuring the facility and equipment are well-maintained, and enhancing the overall entertainment and dining atmosphere for guests and employees alike.
