Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years management experience in food service or entertainment industry
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
  • Capability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • Physically able to walk, bend, stand for extended periods, and lift objects with assistance
  • Commitment to delivering superior guest experiences
  • Willingness to step in and assume General Manager duties when required

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Two or more years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
  • Ability to supervise center operations staff
  • Strong team player
  • Exceptional people developer
  • Customer service expertise
  • Knowledge of POS register systems

Job Duties

  • Be a champion for guests by delivering exceptional service and resolving complaints
  • Continually improve operational execution and schedule staffing levels
  • Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
  • Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers and perform league administrative duties
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • Lead the team by motivating members, leveraging strengths, and delegating tasks
  • Oversee and expand the Food & Beverage program ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
