The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager role within Lucky Strike Entertainment is a unique and active position that blends operational management with guest engagement, making it ideal for individuals who thrive in lively environments and enjoy multi-tasking. Serving directly under the General Manager, Restaurant / Entertainment Managers play a pivotal role in the daily functions of the center. They assist in managing all aspects of the establishment, including entertainment operations, food service, property maintenance, and equipment oversight.
When the General Manager is absent, the Restaurant / Entertainment Manager assumes full responsibility for center and floor management. This role demands an unwavering commitment to excellent guest satisfaction and a dedication to nurturing and developing the hourly staff. The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager champions guest service, consistently delivering exceptional service, actively soliciting feedback, and efficiently addressing any complaints or issues. - 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
- Ability to supervise center operations staff

Job Duties
- Be a champion for guests by delivering exceptional service, solicit guest feedback and resolve complaints
- Continually improve operational execution and schedule staffing levels to meet center needs
- Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers, manage league formats and announcements
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- Lead and motivate the team leveraging individual strengths to maximize guest satisfaction and productivity
- Oversee management and expansion of Food & Beverage program ensuring quality standards and guest satisfaction
- Maintain flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays
