Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
  • Ability to supervise center operations staff
  • Strong team player
  • Exceptional people development skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Knowledge of POS register systems
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts

Job Duties

  • Be a champion for guests by delivering exceptional service, solicit guest feedback and resolve complaints
  • Continually improve operational execution and schedule staffing levels to meet center needs
  • Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
  • Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers, manage league formats and announcements
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
  • Lead and motivate the team leveraging individual strengths to maximize guest satisfaction and productivity
  • Oversee management and expansion of Food & Beverage program ensuring quality standards and guest satisfaction
  • Maintain flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays
