The company is also proud owner of the Professional Bowlers Association, a prestigious major league of bowling with global reach and millions of fans. This extensive network and diverse portfolio position Lucky Strike Entertainment as a premier destination for leisure and social activities, offering high-energy environments where guests can enjoy a blend of sports, games, and dining.

This full-time position, offering a salary range of $55,000 to $60,000 annually, involves leading day-to-day center operations with a focus on both the entertainment and food and beverage aspects of the business. Restaurant / Entertainment Managers act as key partners to the General Manager and step in to oversee the entire center management in their absence. This professional is not only responsible for maintaining high guest satisfaction but also for building and nurturing a talented hourly team that supports the center’s goals.
In this role, individuals will coordinate multiple team members, manage real-time problem resolution, and ensure operational excellence. Moreover, this position demands strong leadership capabilities to recruit, hire, train, and motivate staff effectively while expanding the Food & Beverage program to maintain the highest quality dining standards. Managers will oversee sales culture development, corporate initiative execution, and uphold consistent service standards. Flexibility is crucial, as managers must be ready to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays to meet the center’s scheduling needs.
This role is an excellent stepping-stone for those aiming to become General Managers, offering hands-on experience and professional growth within a globally recognized entertainment company.
