Job Duties
- be a champion for our guests delivering exceptional service and resolving complaints
- schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
- execute marketing strategies to drive sales such as leagues and open play bowling
- develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers and manage league administrative duties
- recruit hire train and schedule hourly center staff
- lead and motivate the team leveraging individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and center productivity
- oversee and expand food and beverage program ensuring quality and satisfaction
