This expansive presence makes Lucky Strike Entertainment a leader in the amusement and entertainment industry, continuously striving to create memorable and engaging experiences for guests of all ages.

The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager position is a dynamic and pivotal role within Lucky Strike Entertainment centers, designed for energetic professionals who thrive on a fast-paced and lively environment. This role involves managing both restaurant operations and entertainment activities to ensure a seamless, fun, and satisfying experience for every guest. Serving as the key support to the General Manager, the Restaurant / Entertainment Manager takes on significant responsibility for overseeing day-to-day operations of the center. This position requires being hands-on, coordinating multiple team members, and solving challenges proactively to maintain an outstanding level of customer service.

Key responsibilities include taking charge in the absence of the General Manager, where the manager holds full accountability for everything from entertainment and food & beverage services to the property and its equipment. A strong emphasis is placed on guest satisfaction, where the manager must actively seek guest feedback, address complaints efficiently, and champion exceptional service standards throughout the center.

This role is perfect for individuals who possess leadership skills and aspire to become a General Manager in the future. The manager is expected to cultivate a collaborative and motivated team culture by recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling hourly staff, while fostering their personal and professional development. Driving food and beverage sales is a core focus, with management and expansion of the dining program to ensure quality standards and an exceptional guest experience.

Flexibility is crucial in this role, as the manager must be able to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays. The job environment is active and physically engaging, involving walking, bending, standing for prolonged periods, and occasional lifting with assistance. Those with at least two years of management experience in restaurant, bar, or kitchen settings, combined with a bachelor’s degree and strong customer service and leadership skills, will excel in this opportunity.

Overall, the Restaurant / Entertainment Manager at Lucky Strike Entertainment plays an instrumental role in blending the excitement of entertainment with the quality service of restaurant operations. The position offers a rewarding pathway for growth within an innovative company that values its employees and their contributions towards delivering memorable guest experiences. With competitive annual pay ranging from $58,000 to $65,000 plus performance-based incentives, comprehensive healthcare coverage, and a broad suite of additional benefits, this role is both fulfilling and competitively compensated.
