Job Duties
- Be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints
- Continually hone our operational execution, schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
- Capitalize on business opportunities by executing marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers, adhere to league formats, distribute league announcements, and perform administrative duties
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- Lead and motivate the team by leveraging individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize productivity
- Oversee management and expansion of Food & Beverage program, ensuring quality and guest satisfaction, and provide ongoing training and supervision
