Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2 years management experience in relevant food service or entertainment operations
  • Ability to supervise and lead staff effectively
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Knowledge of POS register systems

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to supervise center operations staff
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency with POS register systems
  • Ability to develop and motivate team members

Job Duties

  • Be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints
  • Continually hone operational execution and schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
  • Capitalize on all business opportunities in the market area by executing marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with league bowlers and officers, adhere to league formats, distribute league announcements, and perform administrative league duties
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff
  • Lead the team through effective motivation, leveraging individual strengths, delegating tasks to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize productivity
  • Oversee the management and expansion of the Food & Beverage program, ensuring quality standards and fostering a thriving sales culture
