The manager drives sales growth through effective management of leagues, open play bowling, and marketing initiatives tailored to local market opportunities. Recruiting, training, and scheduling a talented team of hourly staff is another vital part of the role, with a focus on leading, motivating, and developing team members to maximize their potential and ensure operational excellence.
Food and beverage sales are a critical component of the center’s success, and the Restaurant & Entertainment Manager supervises the program’s quality and expansion, ensuring the highest standards of dining experiences.
