Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant or food service operations
  • Ability to supervise center operations staff
  • Strong team player with leadership skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Flexible availability for nights, weekends, holidays and extended shifts
  • Ability to work in a physically active environment requiring walking, bending, standing, and occasional lifting
  • Knowledge of POS register systems

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant or food service operations
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Proficient with POS register systems
  • Customer service focused
  • Ability to supervise operations staff effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints promptly
  • Schedule staffing levels to optimize operations and guest experience
  • Execute marketing strategies to maximize sales including league and open play bowling promotions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers, manage league administration
  • Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly staff to build a strong team
  • Lead and motivate staff, delegate tasks effectively to enhance productivity
  • Oversee Food & Beverage program management, maintain quality standards and drive sales growth
  • Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours as required
