The role of Restaurant / Entertainment Manager at Lucky Strike Entertainment is a pivotal and energetic position that combines the hospitality and entertainment sectors. This full-time role offers an hourly pay rate between $25 and $28, alongside performance-based incentives and a comprehensive total rewards package, including healthcare coverage. As a Restaurant / Entertainment Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee the daily operations of the center, ensuring all aspects from entertainment to food and beverage services are executed flawlessly. This role demands staying on your feet, actively coordinating team efforts, and solving problems as they arise to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.

In this position, you will champion guest experiences, consistently delivering exceptional service, gathering valuable feedback, and effectively resolving any complaints. You will play a crucial role in improving operational efficiencies by strategically scheduling staffing and maximizing the center’s appeal through innovative marketing efforts targeting bowling leagues and open play. Developing and nurturing relationships with league bowlers and leaders will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring league formats are adhered to and that administrative tasks are managed adeptly.

Recruitment, training, and scheduling of hourly center staff fall under your leadership alongside motivating and leveraging your team’s diverse skills to enhance productivity and guest satisfaction. You will oversee the Food & Beverage program, driving sales growth while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer service. Flexibility is key in this role, requiring availability for varied shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.

You should have a minimum of two years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations, with a bachelor’s degree preferred. Job Duties
