Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant or food service operations
- Ability to supervise center operations staff
- Strong team player with leadership skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Flexible availability for nights, weekends, holidays and extended shifts
- Ability to work in a physically active environment requiring walking, bending, standing, and occasional lifting
- Knowledge of POS register systems
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant or food service operations
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proficient with POS register systems

- Ability to supervise operations staff effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints promptly
- Schedule staffing levels to optimize operations and guest experience
- Execute marketing strategies to maximize sales including league and open play bowling promotions
- Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers, manage league administration
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly staff to build a strong team
- Lead and motivate staff, delegate tasks effectively to enhance productivity
- Oversee Food & Beverage program management, maintain quality standards and drive sales growth
- Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours as required
