This dynamic mix of live entertainment and media property makes Lucky Strike Entertainment a vibrant and multifaceted company to be a part of. For those inspired to work in a company that combines fun, innovation, and a passion for guest experience, Lucky Strike Entertainment is an ideal destination.

The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager role at Lucky Strike Entertainment is an exciting and active position where the individual is an essential driver of the guest experience. This role combines dynamic, on-the-floor management with a wide-ranging set of responsibilities from team coordination to real-time problem resolution. As a Restaurant / Entertainment Manager, you will assist the General Manager with all aspects of managing the center, and in their absence, you will take on full responsibility for the property. From supervising entertainment activities to managing food and beverage operations and overseeing the entire property and equipment, you will wear many hats aimed at ensuring excellent service and operational excellence.

This position offers a unique blend of leadership opportunity, hands-on management experience, and the chance to contribute to a vibrant business model that combines hospitality and entertainment. The role is also a stepping stone for those aspiring to become General Managers, providing a comprehensive overview of center operations and leadership experience. Lucky Strike Entertainment values proactive, guest-focused leadership and encourages its managers to continuously improve operations, capitalize on marketing opportunities, and foster strong relationships with league customers and team members alike.

The position offers a competitive salary range from $60,000 to $70,000 annually, with performance-based incentives and an attractive benefits package. The role requires flexibility in working hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and the ability to work extended days as needed to meet the operational demands of the center.
