Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Minimum of two years of relevant leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Demonstrated physical and mental stamina to manage high-volume business days and work a demanding schedule averaging 50 hours per week
  • Skilled in financial management including controlling food and beverage costs and optimizing labor efficiency
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Comfortable working in a high-energy, loud environment with multiple distractions
