Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
- Ability to supervise center operations staff
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts

Job Duties
- Be a champion for guests by delivering exceptional service, solicit and address guest feedback and complaints
- Continually refine operational execution and optimize staffing levels
- Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with league bowlers and officers and manage league administrative duties
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented hourly center team
- Lead and motivate the team by leveraging individual strengths and delegating responsibilities
- Manage and expand the Food & Beverage program ensuring quality standards and guest satisfaction
- Work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
