Job Requirements
- At least 21 years of age
- Minimum of two years relevant leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Ability to work a demanding schedule averaging 50 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong physical and mental stamina to handle high-volume business days
- Comfortable working in a high-energy, loud environment with multiple distractions
