Managers are expected to capitalize on business opportunities such as leagues or open play bowling by implementing effective marketing strategies. Building and nurturing good relationships with league bowlers and officers is essential to growing league business and fulfilling administrative duties related to league management.

Recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling a talented hourly team form a core part of the role. Effective leadership is critical, requiring motivation skills that leverage individual team member strengths to maximize productivity and guest satisfaction. Driving food and beverage sales by managing and expanding those programs is another key responsibility, along with ensuring the highest quality standards and consistent execution of corporate initiatives.

Flexibility is essential, as managers must be available for varying shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays. This dynamic role blends leadership, customer service, operational management, and business development in a fun, fast-paced entertainment environment.
