As a Restaurant and Operations Manager at Dave & Buster's, you become a pivotal leader responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a high-energy restaurant and entertainment venue. This role is essential in ensuring guests receive top-tier food and beverage service while also enjoying a memorable experience filled with fun and games. The manager will lead a dedicated team to uphold the highest standards in guest service, food quality, and operational excellence. Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of relevant leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Skilled in financial management, including controlling food and beverage costs and optimizing labor efficiency
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage and motivate the team and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
  • Demonstrated physical and mental stamina to manage high-volume business days and a demanding schedule
  • Proven capability to manage the full scope of operations, from day-to-day details to strategic planning
  • Genuine, impactful leadership abilities
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
