In this role, you assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of the center’s management. In the absence of the General Manager, the Restaurant / Entertainment Manager assumes full responsibility for managing the center, including all floor operations, entertainment, food and beverage services, property maintenance, and equipment management. This position demands real-time problem-solving, coordination of multiple team members, and an unwavering commitment to both guest satisfaction and team development.
The job includes a focus on delivering exceptional guest service, managing and growing business opportunities such as leagues and open play bowling, and fostering strong relationships with league bowlers and officers. It also involves recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling hourly staff, leveraging management skills to motivate and delegate effectively, and driving food and beverage sales while ensuring quality standards are met. Flexibility is essential as the role requires working varying shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays.
The pay rate for this position ranges between $60,000 and $65,000 annually. Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints promptly
- Schedule staffing levels to meet operational needs and maximize guest experience
- Execute marketing strategies to drive sales including leagues and open play bowling
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with league bowlers and officers
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- Lead and motivate staff, leveraging individual strengths and delegating tasks effectively
- Oversee and expand the Food and Beverage program ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
- Work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
