Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business
  • Comfortable working in a high-energy, loud environment with multiple distractions

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of relevant leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Skilled in financial management, including controlling food/beverage costs and optimizing labor efficiency
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage and motivate team members and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
  • Demonstrated physical and mental stamina to manage high-volume business days and work a demanding schedule averaging 50 hours per week
  • Proven capability to manage the full scope of operations from meticulous day-to-day details to strategic big-picture planning

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment combining a full-service restaurant with cutting-edge entertainment

Job Duties

  • Lead and mentor hourly team members to consistently deliver a best-in-class guest experience
