Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Minimum of two years relevant leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Ability to work an average of 50 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable working in a high-energy, loud environment with multiple distractions
- Excellent physical and mental stamina
- Skilled in controlling food and beverage costs and optimizing labor efficiency
- Strong communication and leadership skills

Job Duties
