Job Requirements

  • minimum of two years of relevant leadership experience
  • must be at least 21 years of age
  • ability to work a demanding schedule averaging 50 hours per week
  • flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • physical and mental stamina to manage high-volume business days
  • comfort working in a high-energy, loud environment with multiple distractions

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of two years of relevant leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • skilled in financial management including controlling food and beverage costs and optimizing labor efficiency
  • exceptional communication skills to engage and motivate team members and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
  • proven capability to manage the full scope of operations from day-to-day details to strategic planning
  • genuine, impactful leadership abilities
