Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in food service or entertainment operations
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and develop a team
- Physical ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods, and lift with assistance
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations
- Ability to supervise center operations staff
- Strong team player
- Exceptional people developer
- Proficient in customer service
- Knowledge of POS register systems
Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve complaints promptly
- Schedule staffing levels to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
- Execute marketing strategies to drive sales and capitalize on business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and manage league administrative tasks
- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly center staff
- Motivate and lead the team by leveraging individual strengths and delegating tasks
- Oversee management and growth of Food & Beverage program ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
