The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager position at Lucky Strike Entertainment is a dynamic and engaging role designed for individuals passionate about hospitality, team leadership, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role functions as the right hand to the General Manager, taking charge of daily operations across various departments including food and beverage, entertainment, customer service, and property management. The manager actively ensures all aspects of the center are running smoothly, delivering outstanding guest satisfaction while supporting and developing the hourly staff team. This position requires a highly active individual who excels at multitasking, quick problem-solving, and motivating a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.

Additionally, you will be instrumental in driving the center's sales through strategic marketing efforts, fostering strong partnerships with bowling leagues, and expanding the food and beverage program with a focus on quality and service standards. Recruitment, training, and scheduling of center staff are also critical components of the role, as you build and nurture an all-star team geared towards operational excellence.

Flexibility is key to success in this position, as you will often work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and occasionally extended workdays. The role also offers a clear career progression path, serving as an excellent stepping stone towards becoming a General Manager within the organization. With a competitive salary range between $55,000 and $65,000, combined with performance-based incentives and a comprehensive benefits package, this position offers rewarding professional growth in a vibrant entertainment setting. Lucky Strike Entertainment promotes a culture of continuous improvement, team development, and guest-centric operations that maintains its reputation as a premier destination for fun and excitement.
