Job Duties

  • Be a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service
  • solicit valuable feedback and actively address and resolve guest complaints
  • continually hone operational execution and schedule staffing levels to meet the center's needs
  • capitalize on all business opportunities by executing marketing strategies to drive sales
  • develop and maintain good relationships with league bowlers and officers
  • recruit, hire, train, and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff
  • lead the team through effective motivation and delegation
  • oversee the management and expansion of the Food & Beverage program ensuring high standards
  • work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed
