Job Description

A trendy Wine Bar and Restaurant located in downtown Brooklyn is seeking a Wine and Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the establishment. Responsibilities include managing the waitstaff, servers, and back of the house staff, ensuring high-level customer satisfaction, maintaining and managing inventory levels, and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability.
