Job Requirements

- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Must have good personal hygiene and wear proper uniform

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet guests in a courteous and respectable way when seated at station
- Welcome guests immediately upon seating with a non-scripted greeting
- Offer menu suggestions and answer guest questions using acquired menu knowledge
- Deliver hot food promptly, ensuring accuracy, appearance, and temperature
- Provide genuine hospitality and ensure 100 percent guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, stations, pantry line, and dining room common areas
- Perform side work including rolling silverware, restocking stations, and bussing tables
