- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Maintain dish room cleanliness and organization
- Pre-rinse and load dishes, silverware, and glassware into dishwasher trays
- Remove and stock clean dishes, utensils, and cookware for kitchen personnel and servers
- Wash pots and pans using a three-compartment sink
- Air dry dishes and utensils without stacking
- Perform side work during downtime including rolling silverware, restocking condiments, and cleaning work areas and bathrooms
- Communicate problems and propose solutions to management
- Assist crew members and kitchen staff with basic food preparation and other tasks
- Break down boxes and handle trash and recyclables
- Keep parking lot and grounds clean
