Job Duties

  • Maintain dish room cleanliness and organization
  • Pre-rinse and load dishes, silverware, and glassware into dishwasher trays
  • Remove and stock clean dishes, utensils, and cookware for kitchen personnel and servers
  • Wash pots and pans using a three-compartment sink
  • Air dry dishes and utensils without stacking
  • Perform side work during downtime including rolling silverware, restocking condiments, and cleaning work areas and bathrooms
  • Communicate problems and propose solutions to management
  • Assist crew members and kitchen staff with basic food preparation and other tasks
  • Break down boxes and handle trash and recyclables
  • Keep parking lot and grounds clean
