Physical requirements are demanding, necessitating extended periods of standing and walking, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and work in environments exposed to heat, cold, steam, and cleaning chemicals. Bakers must possess strong time management skills, be capable of performing basic arithmetic, and demonstrate flexibility to work irregular and busy shifts.

Job Requirements

- ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
