OTH Hotels Resorts is a leading hospitality group renowned for its commitment to delivering authentic and unscripted guest experiences. Distinguished by a philosophy that emphasizes genuine human connections over scripted service, OTH Hotels Resorts fosters an environment where every guest interaction is meaningful and every team member is empowered to contribute their unique talents. Specializing in the hotel and resort industry, OTH Hotels Resorts operates with a clear focus on luxury, comfort, and personalized service, setting new standards in upscale hospitality across its diverse portfolio of properties.
As a Food & Beverage Supervisor at OTH Hotels Resorts, you step into a pivotal role that blends operational expertise with heartfelt leadership. This position places you at the center of the dining experience, where you oversee daily service in various food and beverage outlets, from fine dining restaurants to casual cafes and banquet settings. Here, your responsibility transcends typical supervisory duties; you are a catalyst for creating memorable, unscripted moments that resonate with guests and elevate their overall stay.
In this role, you support the Food & Beverage Manager by upholding the brand's high service standards and ensuring seamless coordination among culinary, banquet, and bar teams. Your leadership style is hands-on and people-centric, fostering a culture of authenticity and positivity where team members feel motivated and empowered to deliver outstanding service. You are expected to coach and guide your team to bring warmth and personality into every guest interaction, ensuring that each visit feels not only professional but genuinely attentive and personalized.
Your scope includes managing the quality, presentation, and timeliness of food and beverage delivery while meticulously adhering to health, safety, and sanitation protocols. Additionally, you play a key role in operational management aspects such as scheduling, labor control, and inventory monitoring to help meet financial targets. Guest feedback is handled with care and responsiveness, transforming potential challenges into opportunities for exceeding expectations.
The ideal candidate is a passionate hospitality professional who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and possesses prior supervisory experience in upscale hotel, resort, or dining settings. You are organized, dependable, and excel at balancing guest satisfaction with operational efficiency. Flexibility in scheduling, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, is integral to this role.
Joining OTH Hotels Resorts means becoming part of a team that values the art of unscripted hospitality—where every gesture, every interaction, and every decision is infused with heart and authenticity. This opportunity is perfect for individuals seeking to lead with empathy, inspire their teams, and shape unforgettable dining experiences that guests will cherish and remember. If you are ready to bring your passion for food, beverage, and guest service into a role that celebrates individuality and connection, OTH Hotels Resorts is your ideal workplace to live this vision and grow your career.
