Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff
  • Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation and quality standards are met
  • Assist guests with menu selections and answer any questions regarding ingredients or dietary restrictions
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations
  • Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly to ensure satisfaction
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently, including cash and credit card transactions
  • Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
