Job Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of food service experience
  • Proven culinary background preferably as a Chef in a similar environment
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, food sanitation, and health and safety regulations
  • Demonstrated leadership and team training capabilities
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently and maintain a flexible work schedule
  • Must pass pre-employment background check
  • Must pass annual drug screening

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of food service experience
  • Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in a high-volume or multi-unit environment
  • Excellent understanding of inventory control, food sanitation, and health/safety regulations
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and motivate teams
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work a flexible schedule, including extended out-of-town stays

Job Duties

  • Promote and uphold the guest first service philosophy across all accounts
  • Provide operational support including temporary on-site management coverage as needed
  • Implement and support company policies, procedures, and culinary standards
  • Assist in new account openings, including staff training and kitchen setup
  • Lead menu development, food preparation, and display cooking for themed events
  • Conduct site visits to evaluate food quality, service, sanitation, and safety practices
  • Support inventory control, cost management, and food safety compliance
