Job Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of food service experience
- Proven culinary background preferably as a Chef in a similar environment
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, food sanitation, and health and safety regulations
- Demonstrated leadership and team training capabilities
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently and maintain a flexible work schedule
- Must pass pre-employment background check
- Must pass annual drug screening
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of food service experience
- Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in a high-volume or multi-unit environment
- Excellent understanding of inventory control, food sanitation, and health/safety regulations
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and motivate teams
- Willingness to travel frequently and work a flexible schedule, including extended out-of-town stays
Job Duties
- Promote and uphold the guest first service philosophy across all accounts
- Provide operational support including temporary on-site management coverage as needed
- Implement and support company policies, procedures, and culinary standards
- Assist in new account openings, including staff training and kitchen setup
- Lead menu development, food preparation, and display cooking for themed events
- Conduct site visits to evaluate food quality, service, sanitation, and safety practices
- Support inventory control, cost management, and food safety compliance
