Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • two years experience in housekeeping or related hospitality roles
  • fluency in English
  • able to lift 10 to 50 pounds
  • able to perform physical movements required in housekeeping duties
  • able to reach heights up to 8 feet
  • effective communicator with guests, management and coworkers
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • commitment to maintaining guest confidentiality

Job Qualifications

  • Fluency in English verbal and non-verbal

  • prior hospitality experience in housekeeping, preferably in ultra luxury market
  • two years experience cleaning hotel guest rooms
  • knowledge of proper chemical handling

Job Duties

  • Clean guest rooms as assigned
  • ensure hotel standards of cleanliness
  • report maintenance deficiencies
  • handle guest requests and complaints
  • maintain confidentiality and security of guest rooms
  • collaborate with housekeeping team and management
  • prioritize and organize tasks efficiently
