Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- two years experience in housekeeping or related hospitality roles
- fluency in English
- able to lift 10 to 50 pounds
- able to perform physical movements required in housekeeping duties
- able to reach heights up to 8 feet
- effective communicator with guests, management and coworkers
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- commitment to maintaining guest confidentiality
Job Qualifications
- Fluency in English verbal and non-verbal
- ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy

- previous guest relations training
- prior hospitality experience in housekeeping, preferably in ultra luxury market
- two years experience cleaning hotel guest rooms
- knowledge of proper chemical handling
Job Duties
- Clean guest rooms as assigned
- ensure hotel standards of cleanliness
- report maintenance deficiencies
- handle guest requests and complaints
- maintain confidentiality and security of guest rooms
- collaborate with housekeeping team and management
