Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel and relocate temporarily
  • Ability to work under pressure

Job Duties

  • Managing inventory and ordering supplies, tracking stock levels, and maintaining vendor relationships
  • Overseeing daily operations including opening and closing the restaurant, managing cash handling, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Maintaining a clean and organized environment
  • Implementing standard operating procedures
  • Contributing to a positive guest experience
