Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

- Managing inventory and ordering supplies, tracking stock levels, and maintaining vendor relationships
- Overseeing daily operations including opening and closing the restaurant, managing cash handling, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
