  • Stable work history in an upscale resort
  • Superior time management skills with experience overseeing multiple teams, outlets, and departments
  • Proficiency with Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to work in a hands-on environment at a fast pace
  • Deep understanding of food and beverage preparation techniques, health department, and liquor law regulations

  • Uphold and improve quality standards across service and product offerings
